The cocktails we had were hit and miss but the benefit of all inclusive is you can always try something else! We had dinner on the beach on Saturday and lunch on the beach on Monday. Great range of entertainment; cultural show, karaoke and a dance group.

We loved the speedboat ride to see the dolphins, Rishi the guide was very funny and informative. They also offered snorkelling lessons which I will take up next time.

The spa massage facing the ocean was a great highlight too.

Prices - very expensive for everything outside the hotel.
Beach wasn’t bad just disappointing. Very small and rest of frontage is black boulders used as sea defences. There’s steps leading to a sea swimming area but they are broken but still can be used with care. Take own snorkel and reef shoes. Please get those steps fixed.

We did two trips. Both were excellent and booked through Facebook from recommendations on the Love Mauritius page. Took boat trip which was fantastic. South Island trip brilliant too.

Weather in mid May was very good. Occasionally depending on wind direction there could be some cloud cover and short, sharp showers but majority of time was perfect. Very warm but not too uncomfortable.

So please fix steps to sea, get coffee machines working. Sort out check in. Otherwise fantastic hotel - keep up the good work. More

The hotels in which I usually stay are horrendous, and make me think that I am in a hospital! Also, the services provided are just pathetic despite the fact that they are 4 Star hotels. This is the first time when I stayed at your hotel during a business trip. To say I am impressed would be an understatement. I felt really comfortable during the stay, and your services are compliment worthy for sure. I am a man who thinks that all the good things should be appreciated so that is why I wrote this letter.

The staff bent over backwards to help. There was a small issue but the bar manager immediately rectified this.

It was pretty windy while we were there and the parasols were steady as a rock. The food was amazing, lots of choices, very flavoursome curries, excellent range of salads, plus meat and fish on the grill. My favourite was the pancakes with chocolate sauce, available every morning and afternoon. The lamb burgers in the burger bar were another favourite, and my partner loved the fish curries. This is the first time we have been all inclusive and we were very happy. I like a lot of soft drinks during the day and there was plenty of juice and water available, plus a few cans in the mini bar. We also indulged in the cocktails, and the local wine was excellent. We had a lovely candlelit meal for two on the beach, well not quite candlelit because there was a breeze and the candle didn’t stand a chance, but a lovely salad, seafood platter and a heart shaped cake in a beautiful romantic setting. They arranged a couple of tours of the island for us, much cheaper than our tour operator. We also went out on the glass bottomed boat, which is free. It’s only a half hour trip, which really suits me because I get seasick easily, so we were out and back before I started to feel queasy and we saw some beautiful fish plus some rays, starfish and coral. Due to the wind we were unable to go out on the snorkelling boat trip, and they wouldn’t let us borrow masks to just go out in the bay so it’s worth taking gear with you or buying some in the town.

Flic-en-Flac beach is very appealing. It has swimming areas marked out with buoys, but there is broken coral everywhere so you need water shoes for swimming and walking on the beach.

I thoroughly enjoyed yoga on the beach. I’ve often done Pilates with some kind of soothing music in the background, but you can’t beat a session to the sound of the actual ocean. More

There really should have been someone from the hotel to encourage others to join in but there wasn't so when we had had enough, it just fizzled out!
